- Proposed registration fees including : early bird fees, discounts for IAEVG members and all specifications regarding morning and afternoon coffees, lunches and Gala Diner conditions and prices  (Annex 2)

- A simple budget showing the projected major income sources (registrations, sponsorship, exhibitions) and major expenses (venue, catering, speakers and IAEVG costs) (Annex 3)
